Private YOGA + SOUND BATH

1 to 6 people

Grab a few friends or go solo for a private 60-minute yoga + sound therapy experience, customized just for you
Option to incorporate reiki and/or astro/tarot readings (book a 2-hour session)
Studio rental included
After booking, anj will contact you to arrange a date and time

WHAT TO KNOW

A Few Important Notes

✦ What to Wear & Bring

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. Props such as blocks, bolsters & blankets will be provided. If you don't have a mat, please email anj before class to ensure that one will be available. Water bottles & journals are also recommended.

✦ Single Class & Guest Passes

The studio has enough space for about 10 students. Priority is given to those who sign up for the full session. Those with Punch Cards, Single Class & Guest Passes will need to request a spot the day before class, to be sure space is available.

✦ My Yoga Approach

I offer classes that are accessible to all levels of experience and body types. This is feel-good yoga, no competition – you're welcome to challenge yourself, keeping safety and respect for others in mind. Ultimately, this is your practice, so you decide what feels best for you on any given day.

✦ My Qualifications

I completed 200-hr yoga teacher training via My Vinyasa Practice, based in Austin, TX. I've also completed 40-hr CEUs in both Yin Yoga & Restorative Yoga. Additionally, I hold certifications in Sound Therapy, Astrology, Enneagram & Reiki Level II (Usui System of Natural Healing).
